For our residents who need complete care, Atherton offers Skilled Nursing and long-term health care in a safe, attentive, comfortable setting. This fully licensed facility is operated 24 hours a day by a professionally trained and award-winning nursing staff, with strict compliance to accreditation bodies. As a Medicare and MediCal certified facility, we offer a full range of services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. The caring staff ministers to spiritual as well as physical needs of residents.

Atherton is affiliated with two premier Southern California universities—The University of Southern California School of Medicine, which partners with us in the area of continuing education among residents, staff and the community, and Azusa Pacific University, which designates us as a teaching site for students of nursing. Other local nursing programs also train students at Atherton. These close working relationships help make Atherton an area cornerstone in the field of skilled nursing.
