Yes, Atherton is a Type C, fee-for-service community with a one-time entrance fee and a monthly fee.

There are over 75 different floor plans including apartments, cottages, duplexes, triplexes and houses.
How long is the move-in process once a unit is selected?
The move-in process can take 3 to 4 months.
What is included in the monthly fee?
These fees include much more than rent; they cover the lifestyle, maintenance, safety features, utilities, some meals, shopping trips and programming.
