In true Heath Pro Heritage style, May does so much more than great rehab based on the newest research and the best technologies: Here is a list of programs that May and her staff have implemented to encourage healthy living among our residents:

  • Atherton Brainiacs (a senior-friendly cognitive skills computer course)
  • Monthly Health Talks: positive, practical support for issues like balance and fall prevention, incontinence, diabetes, Parkinson’s, arthritis, and more
  • Daily Senior Time Exercise Class: 2 levels: sitting and standing exercises
  • Individualized Aqua Therapy Program: in our pool to assist with shoulder and hip injuries, arthritis, Parkinson’s, and more
