Ephesians 2:10
“We are God’s masterpieces, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.”

“We were starving, not knowing how we would eat our next meal, then God brought food to our door.” How does God do that? God does that when someone notices the need, says something to someone else, gets a couple together to fix some food, and takes it to them. There are usually a number of people and a series of actions involved in prayers being answered; and in the final analysis, all are attributed to God.

When a problem appears on the ground level of a large corporation, the problem travels up the chain of command until reaching the person who can solve it. Rarely is a problem not solved before getting to the very top. A prayer is heard on many levels, answered by the beings able to attend to the request. Many prayers are answered on ground level by fellow believers who speak and work for God here. Others are worked out on spiritual levels beyond our seeing; Angels and probably others. And some by God directly. All is God answering prayer!

We are ground level representatives of God. Each a part of the caring of God for another when we do any act of kindness. Nothing is too small: smiling, saying thanks, telling people it will be OK, a hug, an offer to help, a visit. Each is huge to someone needing it at that time. God often has us present at the precise moment of another’s need. We are God’s answer to their prayer!
