As we soak in the last few days of Summer here is a great recipe to try this week! It has a hint of the upcoming Fall season.

Ingredients:

1 Large Acorn Squash

6 Breakfast Link Sausages (Turkey or Pork)

1 Tsp. of Butter or Margarine

1 Tsp. of Brown Sugar

Directions:

Boil acorn squash until soft and then cut in half.

Take out seeds.

Stuff with sausages (3 per half).

Sprinkle with butter and brown sugar.

Bake in oven at 350 for about 15 minutes or until sausages are done.
